Who is sending these messages
Avienn Systems is the registered business. My Revenue Engine is a trade name (DBA) of Avienn Systems, and messages may identify either name.
LeadConnector is the independent software vendor (ISV) for Avienn Systems. LeadConnector owns and maintains the chat widget and the text-message opt-in flow.
Program description
Avienn Systems, operating as My Revenue Engine, sends text messages to people who request information, book a Revenue Audit, or are existing clients. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to enquiries, account notifications, and customer care.
Marketing messages — special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements — are sent only to people who give separate, express written consent through the optional marketing checkbox in the website chat widget. Marketing consent is never combined with transactional consent.
How people opt in
You visit https://myrevenueengine.com, engage with the chat widget, and may voluntarily provide your mobile number. To receive promotional messages you must also select the optional marketing consent checkbox.
Marketing consent is separate from transactional consent, is not a condition of purchase, and is not shared with third parties.
SMS consent
SMS messages require your explicit consent. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
Consent language: "I agree to receive text messages from Avienn Systems (My Revenue Engine) about my enquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
Marketing consent language: "I agree to receive promotional text messages from Avienn Systems (My Revenue Engine). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
Opt-in confirmation
When you complete marketing opt-in you receive a confirmation message: "You've opted in to receive marketing messages from DBA Avienn Systems. You may get promotions, offers, and updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
