What is the installation fee?+
The one-time install covers building the engine: site, tracking, intake, CRM and reporting setup. It typically runs $2,500–$7,500 depending on tier and how much of your current stack we can keep. Engine Scale installs are quoted after the audit. You'll see the exact number before you commit to anything.
How quickly will you respond?+
Same business day. We install response-time systems for a living — it would be strange to make you wait.
Is there a contract?+
We ask for an initial term long enough to install the engine and see it run — typically 90 days — then it continues month to month. We'd rather earn the renewal than trap you in one.
Do you work with competitors in my market?+
No. Once we install an engine in a trade and service area, that market is spoken for while you're a client.
What if I already have a website or CRM?+
We audit what you have first. If it can carry tracking, intake and reporting properly, we keep it and build around it. If it can't, we'll show you exactly why before replacing anything.
How fast do we see results?+
Intake and follow-up fixes usually show up first because they recover demand you already paid for. Demand and sales work compounds over the following months. We cannot guarantee specific results — timelines depend on your market, budget, capacity and sales execution.
